Terms of Service

By accessing or using FindyLeads (the "Service") operated by FindyLeads ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

FindyLeads is a B2B lead generation platform that provides: LinkedIn and Reddit intent-signal monitoring, contact enrichment (email and phone), email campaign automation, a unified inbox, and a CRM pipeline. The Service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@findyleads.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts by automated means. Each seat on a paid plan is for one individual user.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable laws.
• Harvest or scrape contact data beyond your plan's enrichment limits.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party terms (including LinkedIn's or Reddit's terms of service).
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

FindyLeads offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged during the trial period. When the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged the Starter plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per customer. Upgrading to a higher plan is optional and takes effect only when you choose it.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.

Price changes. We will notify you at least 30 days before increasing prices for existing subscribers.

The Service and its original content (excluding content you provide) are and remain the property of FindyLeads and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service.

FindyLeads integrates with third-party services for data enrichment, AI generation, payment processing, and email delivery. Your use of contact data retrieved through these integrations is subject to those providers' terms and applicable privacy laws. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and any other applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTACT DATA RETRIEVED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS 100% ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDYLEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
